纳米系统组(Nano-SystemBranch

纳机电系统(NEMS):

NEMS:一般指特征尺寸在0.1nm100nm、以纳米级结构所产生出来的新物理效应为基础、以机电结合为主要特征的器件和系统,NEMS包括纳传感器、纳执行器和纳无源器件等。NEMS是继微机电系统(MEMS)在系统特征尺寸和效应上具有纳米技术特点而形成的一类具有高科学与技术含量的超小型机电一体化系统,是21世纪战略性研究领域--纳米科技的重要组成部分。

 SEU-FEI Nano-Pico Center (NPC): the first joint lab based on picometer-resolution TEM in Asia-Pacific region to strengthen scientific and technical collaborations between Southeast University and FEI Company. The mission of the center aims to set up a nanolab inside a TEM to perform all nanorelated experiments from synthesis and characterization of nanomaterialsto fabrication of nanodevices at atomic level in real time.
